Iron Maiden x Timex Watch: Where to Buy 50th Anniversary Watch Online

In a noteworthy resurgence of collaboration, Iron Maiden and Timex have reunited 40 years after their last partnership to commemorate the band's remarkable 50th anniversary.

The newly launched limited-edition Iron Maiden x Timex watch draws inspiration from their rare 1986 timepiece. Mirroring elements of the original, this new watch incorporates distinctive features tied to Iron Maiden's sixth studio album, Somewhere in Time.

Housed within a 40-millimeter black stainless steel case, the watch showcases a striking blue Cyborg Eddie head set against a black dial. The inner ring is adorned with the phrase "Somewhere in Timex." Upon pressing the crown, the Indiglo backlight activates, illuminating Eddie in red, harmonizing with the watch's second hand. Additionally, the hour and minute hands are fitted with luminescent in-fill for enhanced visibility. The watch strap is crafted from durable textured rubber and includes quick-release spring bars, allowing for easy strap changes. A reliable Quartz movement powers the timepiece, while its impressive 100-meter water resistance ensures it can accompany you virtually anywhere.

This collaborative effort with Timex is part of Iron Maiden's extensive 50th anniversary celebration, which encompasses various merchandise, a documentary titled Burning Ambition, and the grand Run For Your Lives World Tour. The tour is slated to visit North America this August, featuring 12 engagements. While some shows may already be sold out, tickets for all performances can be accessed through resale platforms.

For Timex, the Iron Maiden release highlights another significant collaboration for the esteemed 172-year-old brand. Recent partnerships have included timepieces themed around popular media properties such as Space Jam, Harry Potter, and Peanuts, in addition to collaborations with fashion and jewelry designers like Todd Snyder and Jacquie Aiche.
